The advertiser will pay Fazai Marketing a monthly media rental for branded walls thereby creating a sustainable income for a small black business
Fazai Marketing will, in turn, pay a monthly rental to selected wall mural homeowners thereby creating a sustainable income and livelihood for the owners and their extended families
When commencing a campaign, Fazai Marketing will employ people to identify and sign up the selected sites.
Fazai Marketing will then employ a full-time Project Manager to oversee the campaign from production to implementation
Fazai Marketing will then employ full time and part-time, up and coming signwriters, painters and builders to prepare the walls before painting, produce the walls and maintain the artwork during the campaign
Fazai Marketing will employ people in each region to manage and maintain the walls
When commencing a project Fazai Marketing sources all signwriters, painters and builders locally and from local SMME’’s
They in turn source all their supplies and materials from local SMME’s
Quality Control & Maintenace
Incentives
The landlords are incentivised to ensure the walls are clean at all times and the quality is maintained.
Reporting
The landlords report any damage to walls or artwork and we fix that within 24 hours
Flighting
We submit a monthly proof of flighting report with date coded pictures to demonstrate the condition of the walls, ensuring that the artwork is still in top-class condition.
